Frank A. Niedzwiedz, PE, NCEES
Frank has dedicated his 40 year career to justice and correctional facilities focusing on the low voltage electronics systems. More specifically, his responsibilities have included systems design, construction administrations, and commissioning while utilizing the latest technologies to serve the client’s needs. Frank is licensed in 33 states where he has worked on projects utilizing his extensive background for the design of correctional facilities. His years of education and experience have enabled him to deal with the integration of complex low voltage systems on all size projects for Federal, State, and local jurisdictions. He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Christian Brother’s University in Memphis, Tennessee.
Dennis Sebo, Security Consultant
Dennis has dedicated his career to Industrial Maintenance and correctional facilities. He has focused on the medium voltage electrical systems for industrial plants and low voltage electronic systems that served the security and Life-Safety needs of the correctional industry. Over the the years, he has had a hands-on role in the design of over 40 low-voltage system projects representing R&N Systems Design as the lead design engineer. Prior to this he served as Engineering Manager for design and fabrication of security equipment for a leading security contracting and systems manufacturing company. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Memphis.
Chris Nielsen, PE
Chris is skilled in the development of low voltage computers, electronic networks and is adept in the latest design software including Revit, Auto-CAD and Pro-Engineer as well as multiple programming languages. He also has more than 17 years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM), computer aided drafting, network design, and project management. Chris has an intricate knowledge of computer, electrical, low voltage security, communication and fire alarm system design. He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Christian Brother’s University in Memphis, Tennessee.
Dean Williams, Senior Security Specialist
Dean is accomplished in multi-project, multi-disciplined project environment and is skilled in achieving cost reduction through analysis, innovation and problem solving. Mr. Williams has more than 34 years of experience in project management, jobsite construction management, quality assurance, logistics support, integrated engineering, operations and systems installation. He has extensive experience with private industry and state government programs and systems. Dean offers a wealth of “hands on” knowledge of electrical, low voltage security, communication and fire alarm system design, integrations and installation practices.
Patrick McGinis, PE
Patrick is skilled in the development of low voltage computers, electronics, networks and is adept in BIM design software including Revit and Auto-CAD as well as various programming languages to produce custom Revit extensions for project productivity. He also has more than 10 years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM), computer aided drafting, network design, and project management. Patrick has an intricate knowledge of IT, networks, low voltage security, communication system design. He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Christian Brother’s University in Memphis, Tennessee.
